无锡市职业教育产教融合创新实践研究

Study on the Innovative Practice of the Integration of Industry and Education of Vocational Education in Wuxi

产教融合是推进教育、科技、人才一体化的关键之举,是“延伸教育链、服务产业链、支撑供应链、打造人才链、提升价值链”的有效途径,更是推动中国式职业教育现代化的核心要义。近年来,无锡市积极探索具有无锡地方特色的产教融合发展道路,助力职业教育高质量人才培养战略和地方经济高质量发展。然而,面对当前加快构建现代职业教育体系的新要求,无锡职业教育面临产教融合政策保障力度不够、企业参与程度不高、人才留锡成效不佳和区域辐射效应不强等问题。为此,无锡市从促进三全育人改革、增强校企内生动力、提高行业与专业的匹配度和开展产教融合试点等方面推动职业教育的产教融合,促进职业教育与地方产业深度融合,助力地方经济快速发展。无锡产教融合创新实践为职业教育的产教融合发展和改革提供了“无锡”范本,对我国职业教育的发展具有重要的示范效应和推动效果。

The integration of industry and education is a key method to promote the integration of education,technology,and talents,and it is an effective path to“extend the education chain,serve the industry chain,support the supply chain,build the talent chain,and enhance the value chain”.Moreover,it is a core essence to promote the modernization of Chinese-style vocational education.In recent years,Wuxi City has actively explored the development path of the integration of industry and education with local characteristics of Wuxi to contribute to the strategy of cultivating high-quality talents in vocational education and the high-quality development of local economy.However,in the face of the new requirements of accelerating the construction of a modern vocational education system,vocational education in Wuxi still faces problems such as insufficient policy support for the integration of production and education,low participation of enterprises,poor results in retaining talents,and weak regional radiation effects.Therefore,Wuxi further promotes the integration of industry and education of vocational education in terms of promoting the reform of the three aspects of education,enhancing the endogenous motivation of schools and enterprises,enhancing the matching degree between industries and majors,and carrying out pilot projects for the integration of industry and education,so as to promote the deep integration of vocational education and local industries,and to help the rapid development of local economy.The innovative practice of Wuxi’s integration of industry and education also provides a“Wuxi”model for the development and reform of the integration of industry and education in vocational education,which has an important demonstration and promotion effect on the development of vocational education in our country.
