融合视域下“双高”院校汉语教师知识结构拓展及团队创新探索——以无锡职业技术学院为例

摘要 如何培养高水平汉语教师、建设高质量教师团队已成为当前“双高”院校与教学实践者需要共同面对的重要课题。以“中文+职业技能”教育模式引领汉语教师的知识结构拓展与师资队伍管理,从汉语教师的知识构建、教师团队的优化配置和创新提升三个维度探讨高水平汉语教师队伍的内涵。基于当前教学团队构建中存在的主要问题,从拓展知识框架、延展教学能力、优化岗位管理、开拓国际品牌等方面来优化汉语教师团队,提升整体教学水平,提高“中文+职业技能”国际化的融合与创新程度。 How to cultivate high-level Chinese teachers and build high-quality teaching team has become an important issue faced by“double-high”institutions and teaching practitioners.The integration perspective of“Chinese+vocational skill”is introduced into the knowledge structure expansion and teacher management of Chinese teachers.Connotation of high-level Chinese teachers is discussed from three dimensions,namely,knowledge construction of Chinese teachers,optimal allocation of teacher teams,and innovation and improvement.Based on main problems in teaching team construction,we try to expand knowledge framework,extend teaching ability,optimize occupation management,expand international brands to optimize Chinese teaching team,improve overall teaching level,and enhance international integration and innovative level of“Chinese+vocational skill”.
