插层熔喷非织造材料性能综合分析

摘要 通过PCA降维、数理统计方法分析结构变量与产品性能下各指标在插层熔喷非织造材料前后的变化规律,建立灰色关联分析模型,探究插层率对结构变量及产品性能各指标变化的影响。采用因子分析法与相关系数分析法分析结构变量与产品性能各个指标之间的相关性,运用相关系数Spearman与Pearson分析结构变量及产品性能之间的相关性关系,发现各个评定指标之间存在相关性,可转化为公共因子进行降维分析,其中过滤阻力与透气性的相关度最高。各个指标间有隐形关系,其中过滤阻力与透气性的相关系数的绝对值最大,说明在实际生产中应同时考虑结构变量与产品性能变量,为插层后结构变量与产品性能优化提供参考。 PCA dimensionality reduction and mathematical statistical methods are used to analyze the changes of structural variables and product properties before and after intercalated meltblown nonwoven materials.A grey correlation analysis model is established to explore the influence of intercalation rate on the changes of structural variables and product performance.Through using factor analysis method and correlation coefficient analysis,the study analyzes the correlation between molecular structure variables and product performance indicators of common factors.Through using correlation coefficient Spearman and Pearson,the study analyzes the correlation relationship between structure variables and product performance.It is found that there are correlations between evaluation indexes,which can be converted into common factors for dimensionality reduction analysis,and the correlation between filtration resistance and air permeability is the highest.Among them,the absolute value of the correlation coefficient between filtration resistance and air permeability is the largest,indicating that both structural and product performance variables should be considered in actual production,providing reference for the optimization of structural variables and product performance after intercalation.
