石榴砂振动筛分装备关键工艺参数计算模型研究

Study on Calculation Model of Key Technological Parameters of Vibrating Screening Equipment for Garnet Sand

为满足高压水射流设备中石榴砂振动筛分的需要,针对筛分设备尺寸较大、质量偏重、功率大、效能低下等问题,综合考虑安装倾角、物料特性、物料层厚等因素对石榴砂运输速度的影响,给出石榴砂振动筛分装备关键工艺参数计算模型及方法,为石榴砂振动筛筛体的技术分析及优化设计提供参考。

There are some problems in the screening equipment:large size,heavy mass,large power and low efficiency.In order to meet the needs of garnet vibrating screening equipment in high pressure water jet equipment,the study comprehensively considers the influence of installation angle,material characteristics,and material thickness,etc.on the transportation speed of garnet sand;and proposes the calculation model and method of key process parameters of garnet vibrating screening equipment,so as to provide reference for the technical analysis and optimization design of the screen body of garnet sand vibrating screen.
