矿山毒害气体电气自动化控制研究

摘要 可燃物燃烧烟气体积分数在误差允许范围内可拟合为二次高斯分布形式,燃烧产生的CO值输出信号服从高斯分布。在受限空间中要实现毒害气体检测,需建立由多种气体传感器组成的探测系统。受限空间事故探测仪可执行有毒有害气体检测,降低矿山安全事故的发生率。设计了气体报警装置,由STC89C52单片机电路+LCD1602液晶显示电路+A/D采样PCF8591电路+蜂鸣器报警电路+LED指示灯电路+按键电路+MQ-2煤气传感器电路+电源电路组成,将气体传播感应装置与数据转换芯片连接起来,经单片机运作,对处理后的数据进行分析,查看其是否超过设定的气体浓度值,如果超过则自动开启报警装置,反之则不报警。该系统简便快捷,检测准确度高,具有一定的应用价值。 The volume fraction of combustible combustion gas can be fitted to quadratic Gaussian distribution within the allowable error range,and the output signal of CO value produced by combustion follows Gaussian distribution.In order to realize toxic gas detection in confined space,it is necessary to establish the detection system composed of various gas sensors.The confined space accident detector can detect toxic and harmful gases,and reduce the incidence of mine safety accidents.The study designs the gas alarm device,which is composed of STC89C52 MCU circuit+LCD1602 LCD circuit+A/D sampling PCF8591 circuit+buzzer alarm circuit+LED indicator circuit+key circuit+MQ-2 gas sensor circuit+power circuit,connects gas propagation sensing device with the data conversion chip,analyzes the data after processing through the operation of single chip computer,and checks whether it exceeds the set gas concentration value.If the alarm is exceeded,it will automatically open the alarm device,otherwise it will not alarm.The system is simple and fast,with high detection accuracy,and certain application value.
