摘要
以某市地铁3号线为例,基于AHP方法,从人员、设备、环境及管理等方面对影响地铁运营安全的危险因素进行分析,对安全等级进行评估。计算结果表明,设备因素中的通信信号系统故障率较其他因素的影响更大,由此提出改善建议,以期规范各种作业程序,提升管理水平。
Through taking Metro Line 3 in a city as an example,based on Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)method,the study analyzes the risk factors influencing subway operation safety from personnel,equipment,environment and management,etc.;and evaluates the safety level.The calculation results show that the failure rate of communication signal system in equipment factors is more important than other factors,so suggestions are put forward to standardize various operating procedures and improve management level.
