基于遗传算法的工程进度款支付策略比选

摘要 针对建筑工程工期-成本优化问题,考虑资金时间价值,结合施工费用与进度款的支付时间,以财务净现值作为最终评价指标,建立基于遗传算法的计算模型并开发相应程序。算例表明,在考虑与不考虑资金时间价值的不同情况下,得到的最优方案不一定一致,而在考虑资金时间价值的情况下采取的最优方案其财务净现值更大,可在实际工程中推广运用。 In view of the optimization of construction period cost,considering the time value of capital,combining the payment time of construction cost and progress payment,and taking the financial net present value as the final evaluation index,the study establishes a calculation model based on genetic algorithm,and develops the corresponding program.In order to verify its rationality,it is compared by an example,which shows that the optimal scheme is not necessarily the same when considering and not considering the value of time.Because the model considers the time value of capital,the conclusion is more reasonable,and it can be promoted in practical projects.
