中医传统功法在促进身心健康方面的价值认同及推广运用现状

Current Status of the Promotion of Physical and Mental Health by Traditional Chinese Medicine and its Promotion Application Status

采用自编问卷,对福州市2546名市民进行关于中医传统功法在促进身心健康方面的价值认同及推广运用现状调查,对所得数据进行信度、效度及相关性剖析。结果表明,97.3%的人认同中医传统功法的价值,83.3%的人认为当前中医传统功法推广度一般,81.7%的人愿意主动推广中医传统功法。在价值认同方面,人口学及临床特征中的性别、身体健康状况、心理健康状况、是否有心理方面的困扰、是否觉得身心素质下降需要锻炼改善等因素均存在统计学差异,P值均小于0.05。关于推广运用情况,在是否通过与他人闲聊来向身边的人推广中医传统功法、不愿意练习及坚持的原因等方面的差异具有统计学意义,P值均小于0.05。对此提出建议,以促进中医传统功法的推广运用。

The study does self-designed questionnaire to investigate the status quo of the promotion and application of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in promoting physical and mental health among 2546 people in Fuzhou City;and analyzes the reliability,validity and correlation of the data.The results show that 97.3%people agree with the value of traditional Chinese medicine,83.3%people believe that the promotion of traditional Chinese medicine is general,and 81.7%people are willing to take the initiative to promote traditional Chinese medicine.In terms of value identification,there are statistical differences in demographic and clinical characteristics,such as gender,current physical health status,current mental health status,whether there are psychological problems,whether they feel that physical and mental quality decrease and exercise is needed(P<0.05).In terms of promotion situation,there are statistically significant difference in whether to promote traditional Chinese medicine skills to the people around them with chatting,the reasons why they are unwilling to practice and persist(P<0.05).Therefore,suggestions are proposed to promote the application of traditional Chinese medicine.
