摘要
在公共建筑工程中,结构的稳定性和安全性至关重要,其中地基承载能力及稳定性直接影响整个建筑物的安全运行,故地基检测技术尤为重要。自平衡法桩基检测技术通过非破坏性手段实时监测桩基在荷载作用下的变形及响应,评估其承载能力及稳定性,相较于传统的检测方法(如静载试验、动载试验)具有操作简便、数据获取及时等优势,是一种先进的地基检测方法,已得到广泛应用。对其技术原理及操作流程进行分析,研究其在评估桩基承载能力、监测变形情况、优化结构设计等方面的作用,以保障公共建筑结构的安全,为城市的可持续发展提供支持。
In the public building project,the stability and safety of the structure are very important.The bearing capacity and stability of the foundation directly affect the safe operation of the whole building,so the foundation detection technology is particularly important.Through self-balancing pile foundation testing technology,we can monitor the deformation and response of pile foundation under load in real time by non-destructive means,and evaluate its bearing capacity and stability.Compared with traditional testing methods(such as static load test and dynamic load test),self-balancing pile foundation testing technology has the advantages of simple operation and timely data acquisition,and has been widely used as an advanced foundation testing method.The study analyzes its technical principle and operation process;and studies its role in evaluating the bearing capacity of pile foundation,monitoring deformation,optimizing structural design,etc.,so as to ensure the safety of public building structure,and provide support for the sustainable development of the city.
