全水发泡在太阳能热水系统中的应用

摘要 全水发泡以水和异氰酸酯反应生成的CO_(2)气体作为发泡剂,对大气臭氧层无破坏作用。介绍了太阳能热水系统水箱发泡的发展现状,对全水发泡聚氨酯组合聚醚原料、助剂及各项工艺指标进行评估,对原有设备及工艺参数进行调整并用于HCFC-41b发泡生产线上。通过多次工艺验证与样件及样机实验,按照合格样品工艺参数进行小批量生产,试销结果满足用户使用需求。未来,需进一步改进全水发泡料,提升产品稳定性,促进其推广。 All water foaming uses CO_(2)gas generated by the reaction of water and isocyanate as blowing agent,which has no destructive effect on atmospheric ozone layer.The study introduces the development status of water tank foaming in solar water heating system;evaluates the raw materials,additives and process indexes of all water foamed polyurethane polyether;adjusts the original equipment and process parameters;and uses it in HCFC-41b foaming production line.Through several process verification and sample,and prototype experiments,small batch production is carried out according to the qualified sample process parameters.The test marketing results meet the user’s needs.In the future,it is necessary to further improve the all-water foam,improve the stability of the product,and promote its promotion.
