摘要
我国进入老龄化社会,有关养老护理人员的相关研究成果数量总体呈增长趋势。利用CiteSpace 6.1软件分析养老护理人员相关研究文献,发现目前该领域研究侧重于劳动力供需矛盾;以老年人养老服务需求为落脚点,减少养老护理人员的流失率及提升养老护理人员工作满意度方面的研究相对较少。应通过优化人员招聘与留用方式,提高岗位留用率,健全职业发展体系,疏通职业上升通道,加强交叉学科合作,健全护理人员研究体系等途径,不断推动我国养老事业的高质量发展。
After China enters the aging society,the number of related research results on elderly care nurses shows an overall increasing trend.The study uses CiteSpace 6.1 software to analyze the researches on elderly care nurses.It is found that the researches of this field focus on the conflicts between supply and needs of labor force.There are relatively few studies on reducing the turnover rate of elderly care nurses and improving their satisfaction based on the needs of elderly care service.It is suggested to optimize the recruitment and retention of personnel,improve the job retention rate,improve the career development system,dredge the career upward channels,strengthen interdisciplinary cooperation,and improve the nursing personnel research system,etc.to promote the high-quality development of elderly care industry in China.
