Investigation of Talent Demands in Hotel Industry Under the Background of Digital Transformation

数字化时代,酒店行业转型升级对酒店管理与数字化运营专业教育提出新的发展要求。通过问卷调查、网络调查、典型企业访谈等方式,向四星级及以上酒店的高层管理者、基层管理者、酒店员工及实习生开展调研,以系统剖析行业现状、人才需求、校企合作情况,为酒店管理与数字化运营专业人才培养制定培养目标与评价标准提供参考。

In the digital era,the transformation and upgrading of the hotel industry proposes new development requirements for the professional education of hotel management and digital operation.Through questionnaire survey,network survey and typical enterprise interview,etc.,the study does in-depth investigation on senior managers,grass-roots managers,hotel employees and interns of four-star and above hotels to systematically analyze industry status,talent demands,and school-enterprise cooperation;and provides reference for the development of training objectives and evaluation standards for professional personnel training in hotel management and digital operation.
