论信息时代中职院校档案管理服务模式的创新

On the Innovation of Archives Management Service Mode in Vocational Colleges in the Information Age

档案管理是中职院校教育管理的重要内容,其管理质量和效率对学校教育的发展有一定的影响。信息时代对档案管理人员的工作提出了更高的要求。作为管理人员,需要完成传统档案管理模式向信息管理模式的转变,才能促进中职院校档案信息管理的长远发展。文中分析了信息时代的中职院校档案管理服务模式,根据当前档案管理模式的现状,提出了相应的创新办法,以期对中职院校信息化管理服务模式的创新发展提供帮助。

Archives management is an important work of education management in secondary vocational colleges,and its management quality and efficiency have a certain impact on the development of school education.The information age has put forward higher requirements for the work of archives managers.As managers,it is necessary to complete the transformation from traditional archives ma-nagement mode to information management mode in order to promote the long-term development of archives information management in secondary vocational colleges.This paper analyzes the archives ma-nagement service mode of secondary vocational colleges in the information age,and puts forward corresponding innovative methods according to the current status of archives management mode,in order to provide help for the innovative development of information management service mode in secondary vocational colleges.
