网络安全等级保护下的数据安全治理研究

Research on Data Security Governance Under Network Security Grade Protection

互联网具有虚拟化、开放性、复杂性等特征,在网络技术不断发展的背景下,网络安全问题日益凸显。不法分子受利益驱使,肆意侵占网络信息资源,对网络数据信息安全产生了极大的威胁。互联网的快速发展,极大地便利了人们的工作及生活,但也引发了诸多的安全风险,稍有不慎就容易出现数据信息泄露、丢失、损坏等现象,影响数据的安全性和完整性,对个人、组织等利益相关方的数据权益造成巨大的损失。在此背景下,如何有效保护数据安全成为相关研究的关键问题。文中概述了网络安全等级保护,分析了网络安全等级保护下的数据安全管理内容,最后探讨了数据安全管理对策。

The Internet has the characteristics of virtualization,openness,complexity,etc.In the context of the conti-nuous development of network technology,cyber security problems have become increasingly prominent.Driven by interests,criminals wantonly encroach on network information resources,posing a great threat to network data and information security.The rapid development of the Internet has greatly facilitated people’s work and life,but it has also caused many security risks.A little carelessness is prone to data leakage,loss,damage and other phenomena,affecting the secu-rity and integrity of data,causing huge losses to individuals,organizations and other stakeholders’data rights and inte-rests.In this context,how to effectively protect data security has become a key issue in related research.This paper summarizes the cyber security level protection,analyzes the content of data security management under the cyber security level protection,and finally discusses the countermeasures of data security management.
