传统服务类企业的互联网化转型对策

摘要 作为服务行业的代表,传统餐饮行业迎来了新的发展高峰期,同时也遭遇了更复杂的市场考验。在运营成本持续增加而利润逐渐减少的困境中,传统餐饮企业迫切需要应用互联网思维对产品、服务、管理进行升级。同时,传统餐饮企业普遍面临着信息化管理落后、服务标准化低、技术不专业等问题,难以快速实现互联网化转型。基于互联网思维的转型策略系统,能帮助传统餐饮企业找到适合自身发展的转型方法。 As a representative of the service industry,the traditional catering industry has ushered in a new peak period of deve-lopment,and has also encountered more complex market tests.In the dilemma of continuous increase in operating costs and gra-dual decrease in profits,traditional catering enterprises urgently need to apply Internet thinking to upgrade products,services and management.At the same time,traditional catering enterprises are generally faced with problems such as backward information management,low service standardization,and unprofessional technology,making it difficult to quickly realize Internet-based transformation.A transformation strategy system based on Internet thinking can help traditional catering companies find transformation methods suitable for their own development.
