商用车时钟弹簧失效分析及改进对策

摘要 时钟弹簧是在方向盘左、右旋转动作中,保证喇叭开关等电器部件正常的电路连接件。文章通过研究一款售后市场反馈的失效时钟弹簧并对其进行统计分析,确定时钟弹簧损坏的失效原因有装配不当、产品缺陷等。提出通过增加调试窗口和线圈圈数,优化内部结构,改进牵引销结构,使用树脂进行润滑等措施优化产品,提升产品的使用寿命,提高产品质量。同时开发设计一种无限转数时钟弹簧,避免人为因素造成的产品失效,提升产品可维修性。 The clock spring is a circuit connector used to ensure the normal operation of the horn switch and other electrical components during the left and right rotation of the steering wheel.In this paper,through the statistical analysis of a failed clock spring fed back by the after-sales market,the failure causes of clock spring damage are determined including improper assembly,product defects,etc.By increasing the debugging window and the number of coil coils,optimizing the internal structure,improving the structure of the traction pin,using resin for lubrication and other measures to optimize the product,improve the service life of the product and improve the product quality.At the same time,an infinite revolution clock spring is developed and designed to avoid product failure caused by human factors and improve product maintainability.
