摘要 某新能源车型在北方市场冬季环境下,常规小起伏路工况及制动工况均会出现“咯吱咯吱”的异响,文章利用故障树分析法从车辆使用环境、衬套结构等方面开展分析和验证,锁定了衬套结构设计不合理是异响的主要原因。在衬套结构改进后,进行了与衬套相关的性能测试,如:低温拔脱力、衬套刚度、疲劳耐久、综合路试等相关性能验证。同步也进行了整车操纵稳定性和行驶舒适性验证,以确保衬套结构变化不会引起的其他性能发生显著变化。最后,通过监测改进后售后市场异响问题的投诉率:在改进并完成切换的6个月后,售后市场的投诉数量已从第一年一到三月的116例投诉有效降低至第二年一至三月的1例,投诉率有明显的降低,由此证明了此方案的有效性。 In the winter environment of a new energy model in the northern market,the conventional small rolling road conditions and braking conditions will appear"squelch"abnormal noise.The paper uses fault tree analysis to analyse and verify the vehicle's operating environment,bushing structure and other aspects,and identifies the bushing structure as the main cause of the noise.After the improvement of the bushing structure,performance tests related to the bushing are conducted,such as low temperature pull-off force,bushing stiffness,fatigue endurance,comprehensive road test and other related performance verification.Simultaneously,the vehicle's handling stability and driving comfort are also verified to ensure that the bushing structure change do not cause significant changes in other performance.Finally,the aftermarket complaint rate is monitored:six months after the changeover is completed,the number of complaints in the aftermarket had effectively dropped from 116 between January and March of the first year to one between January and March of the second year,a significant reduction in the complaint rate,thus demonstrating the effectiveness of the programme.
