临床药师干预对医院滴眼剂使用合理性、安全性及费用支出的影响

Effect of clinical pharmacists忆intervention on the rationality,safety and the cost of eye drops in hospital

目的探讨临床药师干预对医院滴眼剂使用合理性、安全性及费用支出的影响,为促进该类药物的合理使用提供参考。方法回顾性选取2022年5月至7月上饶市眼科医院门诊眼科患者处方作为对照组(n=9902),采用常规药学管理;选取2022年9月至11月门诊眼科患者处方作为干预组(n=11089),在对照组的基础上增加临床药师的药学干预,对两组处方金额、处方用药数量、用药类别、不合理用药情况、治疗效果和不良反应发生率等进行比较分析。结果临床药师干预后,干预组滴眼剂平均处方金额少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组每张处方中滴眼剂数量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组使用金额和数量前两位均为感染炎症治疗药物、干眼与视力疲劳治疗药物;干预组不合理处方发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗无效处方率、药品不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床药师干预能够降低滴眼剂不合理处方发生率,减少患者滴眼剂费用支出。

Objective To explore the influence of clinical pharmacists'intervention on the rationality,safety and cost of eye drops in hospitals,and to provide reference for promoting the rational use of such drugs.Methods The prescriptions of out-patient ophthalmology patients in Shangrao Ophthalmology Hospital from May to July 2022 were retrospectively selected as control group(n=9902),and routine pharmaceutical management was adopted.The prescriptions of outpatient ophthalmology patients from September to November 2022 was selected as the intervention group(n=11089),and the pharmaceutical intervention of clinical pharmacists was added on the basis of the control group.The prescription amount,prescription drug quantity,drug type,irrational drug use,therapeutic effect and incidence of adverse reactions were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results After the intervention of clinical pharmacists,the average prescription amount of eye drops in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of eye drops per prescription in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In both groups,the first two items of consumption amount and quantity were drugs for the treatment of infection and inflammation,and drugs for the treatment of dry eye and vision fatigue.The incidence of irrational prescription in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the rate of ineffective prescription and the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Clinical pharmacist intervention can reduce the incidence of unreasonable prescription of eye drops and reduce the cost of eye drops.
