药学类研究生思政教育建设的探索与实践

Exploration and practice of ideological and political education construction for pharmaceutical postgraduates

药学研究生教育担负着培养高素质拔尖创新药学人才的重大责任。思想政治教育是药学研究生教育的重要组成部分,对培养德才兼备的药学人才尤为重要。为了有效推进药学研究生思政教育工作,本文对当前研究生思政教育工作进行了剖析,发现存在研究生思政教育重视程度不够、思政教育机制不健全、导师作用发挥不充分、药学专业特殊性导致实施难度大的问题。针对这些问题,结合药学研究生思政教育的特点和规律,提出了改进策略,完善思政教育工作机制,深化课程思政改革,丰富思政教育实施形式,强化导师思政育人作用。在此基础上,提出了以课程思政为引领,从学术诚信、科研伦理、创新能力和实践能力等方面激发研究生主动践行科研思政的理念,充分发挥高校科研活动的思政功能,实现科研与思政并进,以期培养德才兼备的高素质药学人才。

Pharmaceutical postgraduate education is responsible for cultivating high-quality top-notch and innovative pharmaceutical talents.Ideological and political education is an important part of pharmaceutical postgraduate education,which is particularly important for cultivating pharmaceutical talents with both ability and morality.In order to effectively promote the ideological and political education of pharmacy graduate students,this study analyzed the problems existing in the the current ideological and political education of graduate student,and found that there are some problems such as insufficient attention to ideological and political education,imperfect mechanism of ideological and political education,inadequate role of tutors,and difficulty in implementation due to the specialty of pharmacy.In view of these problems,the improvement strategies based on the characteristics and laws of pharmacy graduate ideological and political education were put forward,including perfecting ideological and political education working mechanism,deepening the reform of curriculum ideological and political education,enriching the implementation form of ideological and political education,and strengthening the role of tutors in ideological and political education.On this basis,the concept was proposed that taking course ideological and political as the leadership,and simultaneously inspiring graduate students to actively practice scientific research ideological and political education,from the aspects of academic integrity,scientific research ethics,innovation ability and practical ability,so as to give full play to the ideological and political functions of scientific research activities in colleges and universities to achieve scientific research and ideological and political development,in order to cultivate high-quality pharmaceutical talents with both virtue and ability.
