基于成果导向教育理念的中药药剂学综合实验教学研究与实践

Research and practice on the comprehensive experiment of pharmaceutics of traditional Chinese medicine based on outcome-based education concept

中药药剂学是中药学专业的一门专业核心课程,针对既往教学中存在的问题,在传统的单元性实验基础上,本研究尝试引入成果导向教育(OBE)理念的综合实验模块。基于OBE理念的综合实验,完善教学内容,改变教学形式,逐渐形成“以学生为中心”的教学模式;以最终成果反向设计教学过程,在很大程度上帮助学生完善专业知识与技能体系,增强独立思维、创新及团队协作等能力,适应了新时代对高素质、创新型中药学人才的要求;同时通过持续改进机制使教学过程形成一个循环,提高教学质量和教学效果。

Pharmaceutics of traditional Chinese medicine is a professional core course of Chinese medicine major.Aiming at the problems existing in the previous teaching,based on the traditional unit experiment,this paper tried to introduce the comprehensive experiment based on the outcome-based education(OBE)concept.The comprehensive experiment based on OBE concept improved the teaching content,changed the teaching form,and gradually formed the"student-centered"teaching mode.The reverse design of the teaching process with the final results helped students improve their professional knowledge and skill system,enhanced their independent thinking,innovation and teamwork ability,etc.,so as to meet the needs of high quality and innovative Chinese pharmaceutical talents in the new era.Through the continuous improvement mechanism,the teaching process formed a cycle to improve the teaching quality and teaching effect.
