6S管理模式在手术室耗材库管理中的应用及对耗材成本的控制效果

The Application of 6S Management in the Management of the Operating Room Consumables Warehouse and the Effect of Cost Control of Consumables

目的探讨6S管理模式在手术室耗材库管理中的应用及对耗材成本的控制效果。方法将医院手术室耗材库2021年1—12月期间实施常规管理的11585件耗材设为对照组,另将医院手术室耗材库2022年1—12月期间实施6S管理的11590件耗材设为观察组。比较两组管理效果、耗材库管理指标、手术耗材管理错误发生率及成本控制情况。结果观察组手术耗材术前准备到位率、按有效期先后发放率、缺货告知率、及时补充率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组物品寻找、物品盘点及环境清洁耗时均短于对照组,耗材合理摆放率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术耗材未录入资料率、记录不规范率、录入数量错误率、遗失率、领取频率、成本支出均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论6S管理模式应用于手术室耗材库管理具有便捷性,可获得良好效果,不仅可减少手术耗材过期、保管缺陷等问题的发生,还利于管控耗材成本,减少医疗资源浪费。

Objective The application of 6S management in the management of the operating room consumables warehouse and the effect of cost control of consumables were explored.Methods A total of 11585 consumables in the operating room consumables warehouse of the hospital from January to December 2021 during which conventional management was implemented were set as the control group,and 11590 consumables in the operating room consumables warehouse of the hospital from January to December 2022 during which 6S management was implemented were set as the observation group.The management effects,the management indexes of consumables warehouse,the incidence of fault management of surgical consumables and the cost control status of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the rate of preoperative availability,the distribution rate in order of period of validity,the rate of out-of-stock notification and the rate of timely replenishment of surgical consumables in the observation group were higher,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The time spent in searching for surgical consumables,taking stock of items and cleaning the environment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The rate of non-input data of surgical consumables,the rate of non-standard record of consumables,the rate of error rate of consumables input quantity,the loss rate of surgical consumables,the frequency of consumables loan and the cost of consumables in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 6S management in operating room consumables warehouse has the advantages of high operation convenience and good management effects,which not only can reduce the occurrence of expired surgical consumables and storage defects,as well as other problems,but also can facilitate the cost control of consumables and reduce the waste of medical resources.
