基于日常生活活动评分的个性化护理模式在腰椎管狭窄症手术患者中的应用

Application of Activities of Daily Living Score-Based Personalized Care Model in Patients Operated for Lumbar Spinal Stenosis

目的探讨基于日常生活活动(ADL)评分的个性化护理模式在腰椎管狭窄症手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年9月于医院行手术治疗的88例腰椎管狭窄症患者作为研究对象,以信封法分为对照组与观察组,每组44例。对照组采用腰椎管狭窄症常规护理措施,观察组在对照组基础上采用基于ADL评分的个性化护理模式。比较两组腰椎功能障碍状况[日本骨科协会评估治疗(JOA)评分]、生活质量[健康调查量表36(SF-36)]及护理满意度。结果出院后1个月,两组JOA评分均高于护理前,且观察组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组SF-36评分均高于护理前,且观察组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于ADL评分的个性化护理模式可有效改善行手术治疗腰椎管狭窄症患者的腰椎功能,提高其生活质量及护理满意度。

Objective The application effects of personalized care model based on activities of daily living(ADL)scores in patients operated for lumbar spinal stenosis were explored.Methods 88 cases of patients with lumbar spinal stenosis who underwent surgery in the hospital from January 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group by envelope method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing measures for lumbar spinal stenosis,and the observation group used a personalized care model based on ADL scores on the basis of the nursing measures of the control group.The lumbar spine dysfunction status[Japanese orthopedic association Scores(JOA)],the quality of life[short form 36(SF-36)scores]and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results 1 month after discharge,the JOA scores in both groups were higher than before care,and that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);After nursing,the SF-36 scores in both groups were higher than before nursing,and that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The personalized care model based on ADL scores can effectively improve the lumbar spine function of lumbar spinal stenosis surgery patients and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients.
