基于网络平台的分级随访管理在结直肠癌造口术后患者中的应用效果

Application Effects of Graded Follow-Up Management Based on Internet Platform in Colorectal Cancer Patients Treated with Enterostomy

目的探讨基于网络平台的分级随访管理在结直肠癌造口术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年11月至2022年11月于医院行造口术的71例结直肠癌患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(35例)与观察组(36例)。对照组采取常规随访管理,观察组采取基于网络平台的分级随访管理。比较两组出院3个月的随访反馈情况、造口并发症发生率、造口周围皮肤状况及护理满意度。结果随访3个月内,观察组未及时反馈率、造口并发症发生率及造口周围皮肤评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访3个月结束时,观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于网络平台的分级随访管理可提升结直肠癌造口术后患者对随访的及时反馈率,降低造口并发症发生风险,改善造口周围皮肤状况,并提高护理满意度。

Objective The application effects of graded follow-up management based on Internet platform in colorectal cancer patients treated with enterostomy were explored.Methods A total of 71 colorectal cancer patients treated with enterostomy in the hospital from November 2020 to November 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into a control group(35 cases)and an observation group(36 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine follow-up management,while the observation group received graded follow-up management.The feedback condition of follow-up,the incidence of stoma complications,the skin conditions around stoma after discharge for 3 months and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Within the 3-month follow-up,the incidence of non-timely feedback,the incidence of stoma complications and the skin scores around stoma of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).When the 3-month follow-up ended,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference of was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The graded follow-up management based on Internet platform can improve the timely feedback incidence for follow-up of colorectal cancer patients treated with enterostomy,reduce the risks of stoma complications,enhance skin conditions around stoma and nursing satisfaction.
