幸福体育是新时代学校体育的价值追寻与改革方向——“四位一体”目标要求的本质解读

我国学校体育的目标要求经历了从“身体第一”到“健康第一”,再到“四位一体”的演变历程。“四位一体”目标要求是新时代我国学校体育工作的新的逻辑起点。“幸福体育”与“四位一体”目标要求存在本质的联系。幸福体育既是“四位一体”目标要求的目的论,又是方法论,是新时代学校体育的价值追寻与改革方向。以幸福体育为桥梁可为学校落实“四位一体”目标要求开辟新路径。一是加强幸福体育价值引领,更加注重学生在学校体育中的主体性;二是构建幸福课程模式,实现超越传统形式的课堂教学模式;三是打造幸福体育共同体治理模式,多元协同为学生的幸福成长服务;四是加强幸福教师队伍建设,切实提升体育教师能力及水平。

The development of the value of school physical education in China has gone through a process of evolution from body first " to health first",and then to four in one ".There is an essential connection between the concept of " happiness sport " and the concept of four in one" sports.Happiness sport is both the teleology and methodology of the "four in one" sports concept.Building happiness sport can open up a new path for schools to implement the "four in one" sports concept.First is to strengthen the value guidance of happiness sport,and pay more attention to the subjectivity of students in school sports;The second is to construct a happiness course model and achieve a classroom teaching model that surpasses traditional forms;The third is to create a governance model for a happiness sport community,and to serve the happy growth of students through diverse collaboration;The fourth is to strengthen the construction of a happy teacher team and effectively improve the ability and level of physical education teachers.
