Research on Improvement of Railway Transportation Capacity Under Industrial Integration Operation Mode in China Energy Investment

国家能源集团主营业务包括煤炭、铁路、港口、船舶、电力以及煤化工等多个板块,在多年的生产运营中已经形成煤炭生产→运输→销售→转化的纵向一体化运营模式,其中铁路运输起到了关键的产业连通、价值传导作用。在阐述国家能源集团产业一体化运营模式下铁路运输板块现状、优势和发展前景基础上,分析生产组织实际过程中存在的突出问题。从优化C64型列车运行方案、合理安排煤化工产业设备检修、协调国家铁路空车入线节奏、合理利用港口仓储等方面提出合理化建议。通过对比分析法,直观体现出优化C64型列车运行方案后,可充分利用闲置车体上线、进一步压缩车辆周转时间、优化包神—神朔—朔黄铁路黄金通道列车运行品质,提高铁路运输调运能力,进而有力支持了国家能源集团一体化运营模式的高效运行,提高保供能力和水平。

The main business of the China Energy Investment includes coal,rail,port,ship,power,and coal chemical industry.Vertical integrated operation mode of coal production,transportation,sales,and conversion has been formed in years of production and operation.Railway transportation plays a key role in industry connection and value transmission.On the basis of explaining the current situation,advantages,and development prospects of the railway transportation sector under the mode of industrial integration operation of China Energy Investment,this paper analyzed the outstanding problems in the actual process of production organization.Reasonable suggestions were put forward from optimizing the operation scheme of the C64 train,reasonably arranging the equipment maintenance of the coal chemical industry,coordinating the rhythm of empty trains entering the line at the national railway port,and making rational use of port storage.Through the comparative analysis method,it is intuitively reflected that optimizing the operation scheme of the C64 train can make full use of the idle vehicle body online,further reduce the vehicle turnover time,optimize the train operation quality of the golden railway channel of Baoshen-Shenshuo-Shuohuang,improve the dispatching capacity of railway transportation,and thus effectively support the efficient operation of the integrated operation mode of the China Energy Investment and improve the guarantee capacity and level.
