摘要
国家能源集团铁路运输长期以煤炭外运业务为主,其煤炭运输具有单向性,使得煤运干线上列车重去轻回,大量铁路运输资源被浪费。为充分利用剩余运能开展非煤货物运输、增强企业竞争力,分析了煤炭运输干线中非煤货物可行的班列开行方式,基于此设计运输服务网络,以国家能源集团铁路部门收益最大为目标建立煤运干线非煤货物班列开行方案优化模型。选取实际案例进行求解验证,并对重要参数进行灵敏度分析。结果表明,提出的模型可根据货源特点和实际情况对开行方案进行优化调整以提升铁路收益,能够为国家能源集团非煤货物的运输组织工作提供一定的理论指导。
China Energy railroad transportation has long been mainly coal transportation business.Coal transportation is unidirectional,which makes trains leave with a heavy load and return with a light load on the coal transportation trunk line,and a large number of railway transportation resources are wasted.In order to make full use of the surplus capacity to carry out non-coal cargo transportation and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise,this paper analyzed the feasible train operation mode of non-coal cargo in the trunk line of coal transportation,based on which the transportation service network was designed,and the non-coal cargo train operation plan optimization model was established to maximize the revenue of China Energy railroad department.Actual cases were selected for solution validation,and sensitivity analysis of important parameters was performed.The results show that the proposed model can be adjusted according to the characteristics of cargo sources and the actual situation to improve the railroad revenue and can provide some theoretical guidance for the transportation organization of non-coal cargoes of China Energy.
