基于轴辐理论的铁路冷链物流网络布局方法研究

摘要 随着我国冷链物流市场规模迅速发展,快速增长的高品质消费品需求对冷链物流提出新的更高要求。为促进铁路冷链物流高质量发展,依据“十四五”冷链物流发展规划中国家冷链物流骨干通道网络布局,对铁路冷链物流网络布局进行研究。在分析我国铁路冷链物流网络布局发展现状及制约因素的基础上,构建两级网络布局指标体系,提出基于轴辐理论、结合主成分分析法和改进引力方法的算法体系,确定轴心城市与其他城市之间的引力值,以及轴心城市辐射范围。实例研究结果表明,南京—合肥间引力值最大为0.357,济南与石家庄间引力值次之,为0.255,以广州等5个城市为轴心的全国铁路冷链物流网络布局方案,可为铁路冷链物流业务发展决策提供依据。 With the rapid development of China’s cold chain logistics market,the fast growth of high-quality consumer goods demand puts forward new higher requirements for cold chain logistics.According to the layout of the national cold chain logistics backbone channel network in the 14th Five-Year Plan of cold chain logistics development,this paper studied the layout of the railway cold chain logistics network to promote the high-quality development of railway cold chain logistics.After analyzing the development and constraints of China’s railway cold chain logistics network layout,it constructed a two-level network layout index system.Meanwhile,combined with principal component analysis and improved gravity method,an algorithm system based on the hub-and-spoke theory was proposed to determine the gravity value between the axis cities and the other cities,as well as the radiation range of axis cities.The case study shows that the maximum gravity value between Nanjing and Hefei is 0.357,followed by the gravity value of 0.255 between Jinan and Shijiazhuang.The layout scheme of the national railway cold chain logistics network with five cities such as Guangzhou as the axis can provide a basis for the development decision of railway cold chain logistics businesses.
