可生物降解聚酯抗菌功能化研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 塑料和其他聚合物食品包装材料的使用,贯穿于现代食品工业的包装、储存、运输、消费过程。在保证食品运输和保存过程中的产品质量和安全的前提下,迫切需要经济、方便且环保的包装材料。另外,食品包装材料的长效抗菌能力,受到该领域研究人员的关注。简要介绍并分析了传统塑料废弃物对人体健康和动物的危害。基于实际应用和商品化需求,系统性地阐述了近年来聚丁二酸丁二醇酯、聚己内酯、聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯及聚乳酸可生物降解聚酯抗菌型复合材料等有关研究进展。未来,拟聚焦开发经济环保、具有气体选调性、抗菌等功能性可降解包装材料,抑菌剂迁移和抗菌复合材料的降解机理应予以重点关注和研究。 The use of plastic and other polymer food packaging materials runs through the packaging,storage,transportation,and consumption process of the modern food industry.Under the premise of ensuring product quality and safety in the process of food transportation and preservation,there is an urgent need for economical,convenient,and environmentally friendly packaging materials.In addition,the long-lasting antimicrobial ability of materials for food packaging materials has been of concern to the industry.This articles briefly overviews and discusses the dangers of conventional plastic waste to human health and animals.From the perspective of practical utilization and commercialization requirements,the progress of research work related to Poly(butylene succinate),Polycaprolactone,Poly(butylenes adipate-co-terephthalate),Polylactic acid biodegradable polyester antimicrobial type composite is systematically reviewed in recent years.The future should focus on the development of economical and environmentally friendly degradable antimicrobial packaging materials with gas selectivity.The migration of antimicrobial agents in antimicrobial packaging and the degradation mechanism of antimicrobial composite should be focused on and studied.
