摘要 目的 分析计划、执行、检查、调整(plan、do、check、action,PDCA)循环法在磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)图像质量控制中的应用效果。方法 对2019年7月至2021年8月台州市立医院放射科的MRI图像质量管理工作进行研究,共选取10名放射科工作人员参与研究,将2019年7月至2020年7月实施常规管理方法的60例患者作为对照,采用随机抽样法选取60例进行磁共振检查的患者资料进行研究,自2020年8月至2021年8月对MRI图像质量管理工作使用PDCA循环法,并采用随机抽样法选取60例进行磁共振检查的患者资料进行研究。观察工作人员实施前、实施后关于MRI图像质量控制的能力评分,MRI图像质量,患者重照率、MRI图像质量评价结果。结果 与实施前相比,实施后MRI图像质量要求评分、重照因素控制、与患者沟通评分升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与实施前相比,实施后MRI图像信噪比、图像均匀度、层厚、高对比度空间分辨力增加,几何畸变率降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与实施前相比,实施后患者重照率降低,患者甲片率升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在放射科MRI图像质量控制中使用PDCA循环法,可使工作人员素质提高,并使患者重照率降低,有效改善MRI图像质量。 Objective To analyze the application effect of plan,do,check,action(PDCA) cycle method in the quality control of magnetic resonance images.Methods The magnetic resonance image quality management of Department of Radiology,Taizhou Municipal Hospital from July 2019 to August 2021 was studied.A total of 10 radiology department staff were selected to participate in the study,and 60 patients who implemented conventional management methods from July 2019 to July 2020 were taken as controls.The data of 60 patients undergoing magnetic resonance examination were selected by random sampling method for the study.From August 2020 to August 2021,PDCA cycle method was used for the image quality management of magnetic resonance imaging,and 60 patients undergoing magnetic resonance examination were selected by random sampling method for the study.Observe the staff's ability score on MRI image quality control before and after implementation,MRI image quality,patient reillumination rate,and MRI image quality evaluation results.Results Compared with those before the implementation,the scores of magnetic resonance imaging quality requirements,control of the repeated radiography factors,and the scores of communication with patients increased after the implementation,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Compared with those before the implementation,the signal-to-noise ratio,image uniformity,layer thickness and high contrast spatial resolution of magnetic resonance imaging were increased,and the ensemble distortion was decreased after the implementation,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Compared with those before implementation,the repeated radiography rate of patients after implementation was decreased,and the nail plate rate of patients was increased,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of PDCA cycle method in the quality control of magnetic resonance imaging in the Department of Radiology can improve the quality of staff,and reduce the rate of patient exposure,so as to improve the quality of magnetic resonance imaging.
