ANew City Emergingby the Yellow River

来到济南新旧动能转换起步区(以下简称“济南起步区”),一座现代化新城初具规模,迸发出勃勃生机。2019年9月,习近平总书记主持召开黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展座谈会,将黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展上升为重大国家战略,明确了济南作为黄河流域中心城市的定位。2020年10月,中共中央、国务院印发《黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展规划纲要》,明确提出“支持济南建设新旧动能转换起步区”。

Showing great vitality,a modern new city is taking shape in the Jinan Start-up Area for Growth Drivers Transformation(hereinafter referred to as the Jinan Start-up Area)In September 2019,General Secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee Xi Jinping chaired and addressed a symposium on the ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River,adding that it is a major national strategy.And that means Jinan's position as a central city of the Yellow River basin has been clearly specified.The Communist Party of China Central Committee and the State Council have jointly issued an outline document titled"Outline of the Yellow River Basin's Ecological Protection and High-quality Development Plan"。
