老年口腔鳞状细胞癌组织细胞凋亡相关基因蛋白表达情况及其与病理特征的相关性

Expression of Apoptosis Related Genes and Proteins in Elderly Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma and Its Correlation with Pathological Features

目的探讨老年口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)组织细胞凋亡相关基因蛋白表达及其与病理特征见的相关性。方法回顾性分析88例OSCC患者临床资料。所有患者均行手术治疗,术后将病理标本送检,采用免疫组织化学染色(LSAB)法检测病理标本内基因Bax、Bcl-2、P53表达情况。分析Bax、Bcl-2、P53与OSCC患者病理特征间的相关性。结果88例OSCC患者,经检测Bcl-2阳性41例,占比46.59%;Bax阳性39例,占比44.32%;P53阳性30例,占比34.09%。有淋巴结转移Bax阳性表达率低于无淋巴结转移,Bcl-2、P53阳性表达率高于无淋巴结转移,有统计学差异(P<0.05);Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级Bax阳性表达率高于Ⅲ级,Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级Bcl-2阳性表达率低于Ⅲ级,Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级P53阳性表达率高于Ⅰ级,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论老年OSCC组织细胞Bcl-2、Bax、P53基因蛋白表达与淋巴结转移、病理分级密切相关,Bcl-2、Bax、P53基因蛋白表达可作为评估老年OSCC病情进展的重要指标。

Objective To investigate the expression of apoptosis related genes and proteins in histiocyte of elderly oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC)and its correlation with pathological characteristics.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 88 OSCC patients.All patients underwent surgical treatment,and pathological specimens were sent for examination after surgery.Immunohistochemical staining(LSAB)was used to detect the expression of genes Bax,Bcl-2,and P53 in the pathological specimens.Analyze the correlation between Bax,Bcl-2,P53 and pathological characteristics of OSCC patients.Results Among the 88 OSCC patients,41 were tested positive for Bcl-2,accounting for 46.59%;39 cases were Bax positive,accounting for 44.32%;30 cases were P53 positive,accounting for 34.09%.The positive expression rates of Bax,with lymph node metastasis were lower than those without lymph node metastasis,Bcl-2,P53 positive expression rates were higher than those without lymph node metastasis,with statistical differences(P<0.05);The positive expression rates of Bax in gradeⅠandⅡwere higher than those in gradeⅢ,the postive expression rates of Bcl-2 in gradeⅠandⅡwere lower than those in gradeⅢ.The positive expression rates of P53 in gradeⅡandⅢwere higher than those in gradeⅠ,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of Bcl-2,Bax,P53 gene proteins in elderly OSCC histiocyte is closely related to lymph node metastasis and pathological grading.The expression of Bcl-2,Bax,P53 gene proteins can be used as an important indicator to evaluate the progress of elderly OSCC.
