摘要
伤寒论思维与辨析是天津中医药大学中医学专业的限选课程,该课程作为中医经典《伤寒论》必修课之后的一门重要拓展课程,于2005年首次开课,2006年起使用新世纪全国高等中医药院校创新教材《伤寒论思维与辨析》,曾为天津中医药大学中医传承班必修课程。该课程突出“以学生为中心”的教学理念,以培养中医思维与临床能力为目标,以伤寒论必修课程以外的中医思维与临床实践为主要教学内容,以问题式、讨论式教学方法为主。在本轮改革与创新中,此课程教学团队倡导贯彻“在学,不在教”的教学理念,采用了“线上+线下”的混合教学模式,优化了思维与临床相关的教学内容,缩减了教学学时,丰富了教学方法,借助学习通平台统计功能,依据课程报告、课程统计、问卷调查等方式,目前已取得可信任、可评价、可反思的教学成效。
The thinking and discrimination of Shanghan Lun is a limited elective course for Chinese medicine majors in Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.As an important extension course after the compulsory course of Shanghan Lun of Chinese medicine classics,the course was first opened in 2005.Since 2006,the innovative textbook The thinking and discrimination of Shanghan Lun has been used in national colleges and universities of Chinese medicine in the new century.It has been a compulsory course for the inheritance class of Chinese medicine in our university.The course highlights the teaching concept of“student-centered”,takes the cultivation of Chinese medicine thinking and clinical ability as the goal,takes Chinese medicine thinking and clinical practice outside the compulsory course of Shanghan Lun as the main teaching content,and takes problem type and discussion type as the main teaching methods.In the current round of reform and innovation,the teaching concept of“learning not teaching”is advocated and implemented.The mixed teaching mode of“online+offline”was adopted,which optimizes the teaching content related to thinking and clinical practice,reduces the teaching hours,and enriches the teaching methods.With the help of the statistical function of the learning platform,and based on the curriculum report,curriculum statistics,and questionnaire survey,the teaching effect that can be trusted,evaluated,and reflected has been achieved.
