刘铁军教授运脾托毒法辨治气虚型功能性便秘经验

功能性便秘(FC)是临床常见疾病,在我国发病率可达10%~15%,且发病率会随着年龄增加而提高;长期便秘严重影响患者生活质量。受人口老龄化以及不良生活习惯的影响,气虚型FC在临床尤为多见。针对此型便秘,刘铁军教授认为糟粕秘结于内、大肠传导失司是基本病机,脾胃之气亏虚为根本,从补益正气、活血导滞出发,进一步发挥“三因学说”,以“运脾托毒”为治法、以方证为主导,临床运用黄芪类方治疗气虚型便秘效果显著。
