桂枝汤及其类方在儿科中应用广泛,具有药味较少、疗效较好的优点。此文意在探究桂枝汤类方在儿科中的具体应用。作者通过翻阅大量书籍与文献,搜集并整理桂枝汤类方在儿科临床中的应用,包括病案及相关研究,总结桂枝汤类方在小儿呼吸系统疾病、消化系统疾病、生长发育、内科杂病等疾病中的运用,做一较为全面的综述。

Guizhi decoction and its related prescriptions are widely used in pediatrics,which has the advantages of less medicinal taste and better curative effect.The purpose of this article is to explore the specific application of Guizhi decoction in pediatrics.Through reading a large number of books and literatures,including medical records and related studies,the author collected and sorted out the application of Guizhu decoction recipe in pediatric clinic,including medical records and related studies,and summarized the application of Guizhu decoction recipe in children with respiratory diseases,digestive diseases,growth and development,internal diseases and other diseases,so as to make a more comprehensive review.
