扶正化浊汤治疗气虚络瘀型慢性萎缩性胃炎临床观察

Fuzheng Huazhuo Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis of Qi Deficiency and Collateral Stasis Type

目的探讨扶正化浊汤对气虚络瘀型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的临床治疗效果。方法使用双盲法将江西省高安市中医院2019年3月—2021年3月收治的60例气虚络瘀型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者分为对照组和观察组,每组30例,对照组患者使用常规的西药进行治疗,观察组患者在常规西药治疗的基础上采用扶正化浊汤治疗。比较2组的临床治疗总有效率、胃镜黏膜征象积分和不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,观察组的总有效率93.33%(28/30)明显高于对照组的73.33%(22/30)(P<0.05);治疗后,在黏膜颗粒状、黏膜血管显露、黏膜皱襞变薄和黏膜色泽异常的征象积分的指标比较上,观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者在不良反应发生率的指标比较上,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对气虚络瘀型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者而言,扶正化浊汤不仅可以提高患者的整体治疗总有效率,还可以有效改善患者的胃部黏膜损伤情况,且安全性较高,值得临床进一步推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Fuzheng Huazhuo decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis patients with qi deficiency and collateral stasis type.Methods A double-blind method was used to divide 60 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis of qi deficiency and blood stasis type admitted to Gao’an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2019 to March 2021 into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Fuzheng Huazhuo decoction on the basis of conventional Western medicine.The total effective rate,the score of gastroscopic mucosa signs and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared in detail between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of 93.33%(28/30)in the observation group was significantly higher than that of 73.33%(22/30)in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the indicators of mucous granule,mucous vessel exposure,mucous fold thinning and mucous color abnormality were lower in observation group than in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with chronic atrophic gastritis of qi deficiency and collateral stasis type,Fuzheng Huazhuo decoction can not only improve the overall treatment efficiency of the patients,but also effectively improve the gastric mucosal damage of the patients,with high safety,which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
