基于经络腧穴理论的火龙罐综合灸疗法在风痰瘀阻型中风患者的应用

The Application of Comprehensive Fire Dragon Pot Moxibustion Therapy Based on Meridians and Acupoints Theory in Stroke of Wind,Phlegm and Blood Stasis Type

目的探究基于经络腧穴理论的火龙罐综合灸疗法在风痰瘀阻型中风患者中的临床应用效果。方法选取2022年7月—2023年3月江西省中西医结合医院收治的112例风痰瘀阻型中风患者为研究对象。按随机数字表法分为对照组(常规治疗)和观察组(基于经络腧穴理论的火龙罐综合灸疗法)各56例。比较2组患者神经功能、中医证候积分、生活质量、临床疗效及不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者生活质量评分均提高,且观察组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率91.07%(51/56)高于对照组的76.79%(43/56)(P<0.05)。2组不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论基于经络腧穴理论的火龙罐综合灸疗法能有效改善患者神经功能、提高患者生活质量及临床疗效、降低患者中医证候积分,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical application of comprehensive fire dragon pot moxibustion therapy based on the theory of meridians and acupoints in patients with stroke of wind,phlegm and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 112 patients with windphlegm-stasis syndrome of apoplexy admitted to our hospital from July 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,the subjects were divided into the control group(conventional treatment)and the study group(comprehensive fire-dragon pot moxibustion therapy based on the theory of meridians and acupoints),with 56 cases in each group.Neurological function,TCM syndrome,quality of life,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score and TCM syndrome score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of both groups were improved,and the quality of life score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 91.07%(51/56)higher than that of control group(76.79%,43/56)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The dragon pot comprehensive moxibustion therapy based on the theory of meridians and acupoints can effectively improve the neurological function of patients,improve the quality of life of patients and clinical efficacy,and reduce the TCM syndrome score of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
