乌贝止溃汤联合西药治疗幽门螺杆菌感染性胃溃疡临床观察

Wubei Zhikui Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in Treating Hp Infectious Gastric Ulcer

目的观察乌贝止溃汤联合西药治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染性胃溃疡(GU)的临床效果。方法选取于山东中医药大学第二附属医院就诊的Hp感染性GU患者102例,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组,各51例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予乌贝止溃汤加减治疗,比较2组临床疗效,观察2组患者治疗前后血清炎症因子水平、中医证候积分、血清胃肠激素水平。结果治疗组总有效率为86.27%(44/51),高于对照组的68.63%(35/51),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者中医证候积分、血清炎症因子水平、血清胃肠激素水平均较治疗前下降,且治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乌贝止溃汤联合西药治疗Hp感染性GU临床效果显著。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Wubei Zhikui decoction combined with Western medicine on gastric ulcer complicated with Helicobacter pylori infection.Methods A total of 102 patients with H.pylori-infected gastric ulcer treated in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into a treatment group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 51 cases in each.The control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment.The treatment group was given Wubei Zhikui decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,and the serum inflammatory factor levels,TCM syndrome scores and serum gastrointestinal hormone levels were observed before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.27%(44/51),which was higher than that of the control group(68.63%,35/51),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome score,serum inflammatory factor level and serum gastrointestinal hormone level of two groups were all decreased compared with before treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Wubei Zhikui decoction combined with Western medicine has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of Hp infected gastric ulcer.
