健脾益气生血汤联合右旋糖酐铁口服液治疗缺铁性贫血临床观察

Jianpi Yiqi Shengxue Decoction Combined with Iron Dextran Oral Solution in Treating Iron-deficiency Anemia

目的研究健脾益气生血汤联合右旋糖酐铁口服液运用于缺铁性贫血中的价值。方法选取广东省开平市中心医院2020年4月—2022年1月接收的60例缺铁性贫血患者,依据随机数字表法划分成2组,各30例;研究组接受健脾益气生血汤联合右旋糖酐铁口服液治疗,对照组接受右旋糖酐铁口服液治疗,比较2组的用药结果。结果用药前2组的血常规、铁代谢指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);服药后,研究组平均红细胞血红蛋白量(MCH)、血红蛋白(Hb)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、血清铁(Fe)、血清铁蛋白(SF)指标均高于对照组,但总铁结合力(TIBC)低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为90.00%(27/30),高于对照组的66.67%(20/30)(P<0.05)。结论健脾益气生血汤联合右旋糖酐铁口服液治疗缺铁性贫血的效果更突出,可改善机体铁代谢,并促进血常规相应指标恢复。

Objective To study the clinical value of Jianpi Yiqi Shengxue decoction combined with iron dextran oral solution in treating iron-deficiency anemia.Methods Sixty iron-deficiency anemia patients treated from April 2020 to January 2022 in Kaiping Central Hospital were selected.According to random number table,patients were divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The research group took Jianpi Yiqi Shengxue decoction and iron dextran oral solution.The control group took iron dextran oral solution.Medication effects were probed.Results There was no significant difference in blood routine and iron metabolism indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After taking the drug,the mean erythrocyte hemoglobin(MCH),hemoglobin(Hb),mean erythrocyte volume(MCV),serum iron(Fe)and serum ferritin(SF)indexes of the research group were higher than those of the control group,but the total iron binding capacity(TIBC)of the research group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the research group was 90.00%(27/30),which was higher than that of the control group(66.67%,20/30)(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Yiqi Shengxue decoction combined with iron dextran oral solution can improve the iron metabolism indicators and promote the recovery of blood routine examination indexes.
