升陷汤治疗妇科病验案举隅

Proved Cases of Shengxian Decoction in the Treatment of Gynecological Diseases

大气下陷在妇科疾病中并不罕见,临床症状主要为气短不足以息。病因为力小任重,枵腹力作,失治误治、病久不愈,临盆努力太过,禀赋素弱、气分虚极自陷,惊恐恼怒、气下气乱。病机为气虚、气陷、气化失常,以致鼓动无力、气血不充。升陷汤为治疗大气下陷的专方,有是证,用是方,效如桴鼓。此文列举了导师蔡平平教授应用升陷汤治疗产后劳倦、崩漏、妊娠胸闷、阴挺4则典型验案,总结其应用升陷汤的临证经验。

Sinking of pectoral qi is common in gynecological diseases,and the clinical symptoms are mainly shortness of breath.The first cause is small strength and heavy responsibilities,the second is the strong work of the abdomen,the third is the mistreatment and the wrong treatment,the disease will not heal for a long time,and the fourth is the labor of giving birth too much,in a fit of rage.The pathogenesis is qi deficiency,qi stagnation,and abnormal qi transformation,resulting in weak agitation and insufficiency of qi and blood.Shengxian decoction is a special prescription for the treatment of sinking of pectoral qi.This article listed four typical cases of Professor Cai Pingping’s application of Shengxian decoction in the treatment of postpartum fatigue,metrorrhagia,chest tightness in pregnancy,and yin-tightening,and summarized his clinical experience in applying Shengxian decoction.
