中药封包配合艾灸在妇科腹腔镜术后腹胀的应用

The Application of Chinese Medicine Encapsulation Combined with Acupoint Moxibustion Nursing in Abdominal Distension Symptoms after Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery

目的探究中药封包联合穴位艾灸护理对妇科腹腔镜术后患者腹胀症状的影响。方法选取2020年10月—2022年3月于厦门中医院妇科就诊,并接受腹腔镜术后伴腹胀患者60例作为研究对象,根据患者个人意愿,选择常规护理者纳为对照组,选择常规护理联合中药封包与穴位艾灸者纳为观察组。对比2组术后护理效果。结果干预后,观察组首次排气时间、腹胀缓解时间、首次排便时间、肠鸣音恢复时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量量表(PSQI)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及术后12 h、48 h的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药封包联合穴位艾灸干预可显著缓解患者妇科腹腔镜术后的腹胀及疼痛感、促进肠道功能恢复、提高睡眠质量、改善情绪状态,有助于患者尽快康复。

Objective To explore the effect of Chinese medicine encapsulation combined with acupoint moxibustion nursing on abdominal distension symptoms in patients after gynecological laparoscopy.Methods From October 2020 to March 2022,60 patients with abdominal distension after laparoscopic surgery in Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected.According to the individual will of patients,routine nursing was selected in the control group,and routine nursing and Chinese medicine encapsulation combined with acupoint moxibustion were selected in the observation group.The postoperative nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the first exhaust time,abdominal distension relief time,first defecation time and bowel sound recovery time in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale(PSQI),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and visual Analog Scale(VAS)12 h and 48 h after the operation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine encapsulation combined with acupoint moxibustion nursing can significantly relieve abdominal distension and pain in patients after gynecological laparoscopic surgery,promote the recovery of intestinal function,improve the quality of sleep and emotional state of patients,and contribute to recovery as soon as possible.
