腹泻型肠易激综合征中医外治法研究概况

Research on External Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Diarrhea-predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome

腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS-D)是临床常见的胃肠道功能性疾病。文章回顾了近年来临床上应用较多的中医外治法如脐疗、针刺、灸法、中药灌肠、推拿、耳穴刺激等治疗IBS-D的临床实验研究。分析表明采用中医外治法治疗IBS-D,具有起效快、效果好、费用低、安全度高等特点,值得进一步临床推广。然而,目前的研究多以临床疗效观察为主,具体作用机制及相互关系还需更多基础系统实验进行深入研究。

Diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D)is a common clinical functional disease of the gastrointestinal tract.This article reviewed the clinical trials of IBS-D treatment with the external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine,such as umbilical cord therapy,acupuncture,moxibustion,traditional Chinese medicine enema,massage and auricular acupoint stimulation.The analysis indicated that the external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine for IBS-D has the characteristics of quick onset,good efficacy,low cost and high safety,and is worthy of further clinical promotion.However,at present,most studies focus on clinical efficacy observation,and the specific mechanism of action and its relationship need to be further studied by more basic systematic experiments.
