基于数据挖掘的孟河医派马培之痹证用药规律分析

An analysis on medication rule of MA Peizhi treating Bi syndrome from Menghe medical school based on data mining

目的:运用数据挖掘马培之治疗痹证的用药规律,探讨马氏治疗痹证的学术思想及临床经验。方法:从马培之著作及其医案资料中收集痹证处方,对所用药物进行频数分析,并运用Apriori关联规则算法进行用药规律分析。结果:本研究共纳入处方101首,涉及中药159种,其中使用频率居前十位的中药为当归、秦艽、桑枝、薏苡仁、牛膝、丹参、续断、五加皮、黄柏、白芍。四气以温、寒为主;五味以苦、甘、辛为主;归经主要为肝经,其次是脾、肾经,再次是胃、肺、心经。用药类型以祛风湿热药、活血化瘀药、利水渗湿药、补血药为主。基于关联规则分析得出特色中药组合为牡丹皮、羚羊角、赤芍、秦艽、丝瓜络;黑豆、续断、牛膝等。结论:马培之治疗痹证方法主要为“内外并重,清补共施”,组方以活血补血、祛风清热除湿、兼补肝肾为主。

Objective:Using the data mining method,this paper discusses the medication rule,academic thought and MA Peizhi’s experience in treating Bi syndrome(痹证).Methods:Prescriptions for Bi syndrome were collected from MA Peizhi’s works and medical records,and the frequency of drugs used was analyzed,and the medicine use law was analyzed by Apriori association rule algorithm.Results:A total of 101 prescriptions were included in this study,involving 159 kinds of Chinese medicinal materials,among which the top ten Chinese medicinal materials used frequently were Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis),Qinjiao(Radix Gentianae Macrophyllae),Sangzhi(Ramulus Mori),Yiyiren(Semen Coicis),Niuxi(Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae),Danshen(Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae),Xuduan(Radix Dipsaci),Wujiapi(Cortex Acanthopanacis),Huangbai(Cortex Phellodendri),and Baishao(Radix Paeoniae Alba).The four Qi(气)are mainly warm and cold.The five flavors are mainly bitter,sweet and spicy.The main meridians are the liver meridian,followed by the spleen,kidney meridians,and then the stomach,lung and heart meridians.The main types of medication are drugs for dispelling rheumatism and fever,drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,drugs for clearing dampness and promoting diuresis,and drugs for tonifying blood.Based on the analysis of association rules,the characteristic Chinese medicinal material combinations are Mudanpi(Cortex Moutan),Lingyangjiao(Coenu Saigae Tataricae),Chishao(Radix Paeoniae Rubra),Qinjiao,Sigualuo(Retinervus Luffae Fructus),Heidou(Semen Glycines Macis),Xuduan,Niuxi,etc..Conclusion:MA Peizhi’s treatment of Bi syndrome is mainly to pay equal attention to both internal and external,clean up the disease and benefit the body at the same time.The formula is mainly composed of promoting blood circulation and nourishing blood,dispelling wind,clearing heat and removing dampness,and also nourishing liver and kidney.
