基于CiteSpace知识网络图谱的中医延续护理研究进展

A review on TCM extended care based on CiteSpace knowledge network atlas

目的:通过分析中医延续护理研究相关文献,探索此领域的研究现状、热点与趋势。方法:检索中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库等数据库,运用CiteSpace分析软件,从年度发文量、作者、机构、关键词及突现词等方面进行可视化分析。结果:共纳入中医延续护理研究文献249篇,年度发文量呈逐渐上升趋势,但总量偏低;作者及机构间合作较少;《养生保健指南》是发表文献最多的期刊;发文机构分析显示,河南省中医院是发表文献最多的研究机构;王芳是发表文献最多的作者;核心期刊发文量偏少,高频关键词分析表明中医延续护理研究主要应用在生活质量、脑卒中、高血压、并发症等方面。结论:慢性病、生活质量、并发症可能是中医延续护理今后的研究热点。目前中医延续护理的相关研究仍处于探索阶段,今后还需加强中医延续护理在不同疾病领域的运用以及高质量科研论文的产出,以发挥中医延续护理在疾病治疗及康复中的优势。

Objective:By analyzing the literature related to TCM medicine extended care,we explores the research status,hot spots and trends in that field.Methods:We searched the databases of China Knowledge Network and China Biomedical Literature,and used CiteSpace analysis software to visualize and analyze the annual publication volume,authors,institutions,keywords and emergent words.Results:A total of 249 research papers on TCM extended care were included.The number of annual publications showed a gradual increase,but the total number was low;there was less cooperation between authors and institutions.Health Care Guide was the journal with the most published literature;analysis of the issuing institutions showed that Henan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine was the research institution with the most published literature.WANG Fang was the author with the most published literature.The core journals have a low number of publications,and high frequency keyword analysis shows that TCM extended care research is mainly applied to quality of life,stroke,hypertension,and complications.Conclusion:Chronic diseases,quality of life,and complications may be the hot spots for future research on TCM extended care.At present,research related to TCM extended care is still in the exploration stage,and the use of TCM extended care in different disease areas and the output of high-quality scientific research papers need to be strengthened in the future,in order to play the role and advantages of TCM extended care in disease treatment and rehabilitation.
