西南地区健康体检人群久坐行为及心肺耐力与代谢综合征危险因素的相关性分析 被引量:1

Correlation analysis of sedentary behavior,cardiorespiratory fitness and risk factors of metabolic syndrome in health examination population in Southwest China

摘要 目的分析西南地区健康体检人群久坐行为及心肺耐力水平与代谢综合征(MetS)相关风险指标的相关性。方法采用横断面研究方法,选取2020年1月1日至2022年12月31日在四川省人民医院健康管理中心体检的成年人共1793例,均完成心肺耐力测试、一般检查包括身高、体重、腰围(WC)、收缩压(SPB)、舒张压(DPB),以及生化检查包括总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、空腹血糖(FBG)和血尿酸(UA)。采用身体活动准备问卷(PAR-Q^(+))和国际体力活动问卷(IPAQ)评估研究对象运动风险和身体活动水平,将静坐时间6 h/d作为切点分为低、高久坐行为两组。久坐行为和探讨最大摄氧量(VO_(2max))与代谢指标相关性以及心肺耐力等级与上述指标的风险比值。结果久坐时间与LDL-C、HDL-C显著相关(均P<0.05),与VO_(2max)、BMI、WC、SBP、DBP、TG非常显著相关(均P<0.01)。VO_(2max)与TC显著相关(P<0.05),与BMI、WC、SBP、DBP、UA、TG、LDL-C和HDL-C非常显著相关(均P<0.01)。随着心肺耐力水平的提高,BMI、WC、SBP、DBP、UA、FBG升高的风险降低(均P<0.05),HDL-C降低的风险降低(P<0.05)。结论久坐时间和心肺耐力水平在一定程度上可以反映健康体检人群的代谢相关健康状况,减少久坐、提高心肺耐力有助于降低MetS患病风险。 Objective To analyze the correlation between the sedentary behavior and cardiorespiratory fitness(CRF)level and the related risk factors of metabolic syndrome(MetS)in healthy check-up population in Southwest China.Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted.A total of 1793 adults who completed health check-up in from January 1,2020 to December 31,2022 were included.They completed cardiorespiratory fitness test.General examinations such as height,weight,waist circumference(WC),systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)were carried out.Biochemical examinations such as total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),fasting blood glucose(FBG)and uric acid(UA)were measured.The exercise risk and physical activity level of these subjects were assessed by using Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire for Everyone(PAR-Q^(+))and International Physical Activity Questionnaire(IPAQ).The population was divided into a low sedentary behavior(LSB)group and a high sedentary behavior(HSB)group according to the cut-point of sedentary time(6 hours per day).The correlation between the sedentary behavior and VO_(2max)and the metabolic indicators was analyzed.The hazard ratio between cardiorespiratory fitness level and the above indicators were explored.Results Sedentary time was significantly correlated with LDL-C and HDL-C(P<0.05).Sedentary time was very significantly correlated with VO_(2max),BMI,WC,SBP,DBP and TG(all P<0.01).VO_(2max)was significantly correlated with TC(P<0.05).VO_(2max)was very significantly correlated with BMI,WC,SBP,DBP,UA,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C(all P<0.01).With the increase of CRF level,the risk of increased BMI,WC,SBP,DBP,UA,FBG was reduced(all P<0.05),and the risk of decreased HDL-C was declined(P<0.05).Conclusions Sedentary time and cardiorespiratory fitness level can reflect the metabolism-related health status in healthy check-up population to a certain extent.Reduction of sedentary time and improvement of cardiorespiratory fitness are helpful to reduce the risk of MetS.
