数智驱动下应用型本科高校图书馆知识服务研究

Research on Knowledge Service of Libraries in Application-oriented Colleges and Universities Driven by Digital Intelligence

随着人工智能、大数据、AR/VR技术的发展和智慧图书馆建设的推进,应用型本科高校图书馆迫切需要优化和创新知识服务体系。调研了江苏省15所应用型本科高校图书馆知识服务现状及存在的问题,分析了数智驱动下应用型本科高校图书馆知识服务新需求,在此基础上设计了数智驱动下应用型本科高校图书馆知识服务框架,并从框架的数据资源层、技术处理层和服务应用层展开论述,提出了基于科研流程的学科知识服务创新与基于数据素养教育的知识服务创新,以期为提升应用型本科高校图书馆知识服务水平提供理论参考。

With the development of artificial intelligence,big data,AR/VR technology and the promotion of smart library construction,libraries of application-oriented colleges and universities urgently need to optimize and innovate knowledge service systems.This paper investigates the current situation and existing problems of knowledge services of libraries in 15 application-oriented colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province,analyzes the new demand for knowledge services of libraries in application-oriented colleges and universities driven by digital intelligence,designs a knowledge service framework for libraries of application-oriented colleges and universities driven by digital intelligence,and discusses the data resource layer,technology processing layer,and service application layer of the framework,and proposes the innovation of subject knowledge services based on scientific research processes and the innovation of knowledge services based on data literacy education,in order to provide theoretical reference for improving the knowledge service level of libraries in application-oriented colleges and universities.
