一种直流融冰兼SVC阀组全工况运行试验系统

摘要 直流融冰兼静止无功补偿器(staticvarcompensator,SVC)晶闸管阀组在直流融冰运行方式下和静止无功补偿运行方式下的运行工况完全不同,国内外尚无专门针对直流融冰兼SVC阀组运行试验的试验系统,给出了一种直流融冰兼SVC晶闸管阀全工况运行试验回路,分别介绍了该试验回路的主回路设计和控制系统设计。在此基础上完成了最大电流5000A、最大电压30kV、最大故障电流100 kA的试验系统的开发,在该试验系统上完成了直流融冰兼SVC阀组的全部运行试验,试验结果表明,该试验系统能够满足用一套试验系来完成阀组在直流融冰模式和SVC模式下的所有运行试验,能够保证开发的直流融冰兼SVC阀组具备高可靠性。 The operation condition of thyristor valve block considering DC icemelting and SVC(static var compensator)is completely different under DC ice-melting operation mode and SVC operation mode,and there is no special test system for DC ice-melting and SVC valve block operation test both at home and abroad.A kind of full operation condition test circuit considering the DC ice-melting and SVC thyristor valve is given and the main circuit and control system design of the test circuit are introduced respectively.On this bais,the development of test system at the maximum current of 5000 A,maximum voltage of 30 kV and the maximum fault current of 100 kA is completed.And on the test system the whole operation test considering the DC ice-melting and SVC valve block is finished.The test result shows that the test system can meet to finish all the operation test at the DC icemelting mode and SVC mode by one set of test system,can assure that the developed DC ice-melting and SVC valve blcok possesses high reliability.
