Part 3-4 of the Pharmacy Administration and Pharmacy Practice in Healthcare Institutions-Pharmaceutical Supply Services Drug Monitoring(referred to as the Standard of Drug Monitoring)is one of the social organization standards of the China Hospital Association.This standard specifies the basic requirements,monitoring process,and 11 elements of quality management and evaluation improvement for pharmacists in medical institutions to carry out medication monitoring work.It can be used to suggest and guide the standardization of drug monitoring work in various medical institutions at all levels.This article introduced the construction method and content of the drug monitoring standard and analyzed its main points in order to deepen the understanding of the standard and promote its implementation.
