基于CiteSpace可视化分析结构方程模型在我国医药领域的应用趋势

Application Trend of Structural Equation Modeling in China's Pharmaceutical Field Based on Visual Analysis by CiteSpace

目的了解结构方程模型(SEM)在我国医药领域应用状况、研究热点及趋势。方法在中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普网进行医药卫生科技专题检索,采用CiteSpace进行文献计量学分析,对相关文献进行发文量趋势分析,绘制作者合作、机构合作、关键词共现、关键词聚类及突现知识图谱,探讨该领域研究的发文量、主要研究者、主要研究机构、研究热点及研究趋势。结果我国医药领域SEM发文量逐年上升,目前处于快速增长阶段;作者合作与机构合作较分散,均尚未形成集群合作;研究类型前两位是影响因素分析和中介效应分析;研究热点主题包括心理健康、医务人员工作情况、量表信度与效度检验、满意度调研及行为意愿等;研究趋势有护理、新型冠状病毒感染、护生、病耻感、使用意愿、肺癌等。结论我国医药领域越来越重视个人主观感受研究,运用SEM有助于解决研究中涉及的潜变量或复杂结构问题,医药多学科对SEM兴趣增加,发表文献逐年上升,但医药从业人员对SEM的理解仍需加强。

Objective To understand the application status,research hotspots,and trends of structural equation modeling(SEM)in China’s pharmaceutical field.Methods The science and technology topics in medical and health fields were searched on China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang,and China Science and Technology Journal Database.CiteSpace was used for bibliometric analysis,such as the trend of publication volume of related literature,author cooperation,institutional cooperation,keyword co-occurrence,keyword clustering,emergent knowledge mapping,the publication volume,major researchers,major research institutions,research hotspots,and research trends in this field.Results The top two research types are factor analysis and mediated effect analysis.Hot topics include mental health,medical staff work situation,reliability and validity testing of scales,satisfaction research,and behavioral intentions.Research trends include nursing,corona virus disease 2019,nursing students,illness stigma,willingness to use,and lung cancer.Conclusion The Chinese researchers in the field of medicine has paid more and more attention to personal subjective perception research.SEM helps to solve the latent variables or complex structural problems involved in the research.so the interest of pharmaceutical multidisciplinary in SEM has increased.The published literature was rising in these years,but pharmaceutical industry practitioners should strengthen their understanding of SEM.
