供透析用盐类药用辅料中铝含量通用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法的建立

摘要 目的建立石墨炉原子吸收光谱法(AAS)测定透析用盐类药用辅料中铝元素的含量。方法样品加硝酸超声处理,采用铝空心阴极灯,波长:309.3 nm,电流:15 mA,光谱狭缝宽度:0.5 nm,塞曼偏振背景校正,基体改进剂:0.1%硝酸镁,进样测定,采用外标法计算。结果铝离子在5~40 ng·mL^(-1)内与响应值线性关系良好(r=0.9995);检测限为1 ng·mL^(-1);乳酸钠、氯化钙、醋酸钠、氯化钾、氯化镁、氯化钠中铝平均回收率在81.8%~98.4%。结论本方法准确度高、重现性好,可用于透析用盐类药用辅料中铝元素的含量测定。 Objective To determine the content of aluminum in salt pharmaceutical excipients for dialysis by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS).Methods The samples with nitric acid were ultrasonically treated,aluminum hollow cathode lamp was used.The measurement wavelength was 309.3 nm,the current was 15 mA,the spectral slit width was 0.5 nm,and the Zeeman polarization background was corrected.The matrix improver was 0.1%magnesium nitrate,measured and calculated with external standard method.Results The linearity was good in the concentration range of 5~40 ng·mL^(-1)(r=0.9995).The detection limit was 1 ng·mL^(-1).The average recovery of aluminum in sodium lactate,calcium chloride,sodium acetate,potassium chloride,magnesium chloride,and sodium chloride was between 81.8%and 98.4%.Conclusion The method is highly accurate and reproducible,and can be used for the determination of aluminum content in salt pharmaceutical excipients for dialysis.
