盐酸羟考酮缓释片联合双氯芬酸钠栓治疗晚期癌痛患者的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of oxycodone hydrochloride sustained release tablets combined with diclofenac sodium suppository in the treatment of advanced cancer pain

目的探讨盐酸羟考酮缓释片联合双氯芬酸钠栓治疗晚期癌痛患者的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月于本院就诊的78例晚期癌痛患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组39例。对照组给予盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗,观察组盐酸羟考酮缓释片联合双氯芬酸钠栓治疗。比较两组临床疗效、疼痛程度、生命质量及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.87%,高于对照组的76.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组数字分级评分法(NSR)评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组NRS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组心理、躯体、社会功能、物质生活状态评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组心理、躯体、社会功能、物质生活状态评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论盐酸羟考酮缓释片联合双氯芬酸钠栓治疗晚期癌痛效果显著,可减轻患者疼痛程度,改善临床症状,提高生命质量,安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets combined with diclofenac sodium suppository in the treatment of advanced cancer pain.Methods 78 patients with advanced cancer pain who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was given oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets,and the observation group was given oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets combined with diclofenac sodium suppository.The clinical efficacy,pain degree,quality of life and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.87%,which was higher than 76.92%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in numerical rating scale(NSR)score between the two groups;after treatment,the NRS scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the scores of psychological,physical,social function and material life status between the two groups;after treatment,the scores of psychological,physical,social function and material life status of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets combined with diclofenac sodium suppository have significant effects in the treatment of advanced cancer pain,which can reduce the patients degree of pain,improve clinical symptoms,improve life quality,and have high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
